Nobelcom
Reviews and Complaints
It is a big scam! Don't use it.
I purchased a calling card on May 15, 2016 for $22 to have it just in case I want to call someone in Europe. It has a validity of 365 days.
I have not used it at all, yet on November 19, 2016 when I tried to use it there was 0 (zero) on the balance. I called customer service and they informed me that they charge 90 cents a week for "maintenance".
Further, I placed a credit card information on their account which I tried to erase now that I know whom I am dealing with. Guess what, I cannot erase the card information.
So I will cancel the card. You draw your own conclusion.

They have MASTERED the art of Thievery....
I just wasted an hour of my precious time with some of the most well TRAINED story makers/ liers based overseas.
They have re-written the rules on scamming consumers without blinking an eye....
Long story, not worth repeating it.
They will LURE you on and then you are done.
Your credits get depleted faster than you can keep track.
If you are SO SO tempted like I was (and regret it), JUST BUY the lowest $ amount then wait and see.
There are a number of other HONEST vendors out there!
When and if you get taken by them, do help others by filing complaints with FCC, attorney general. At least once the word spreads, less people get taken! oh well.....
- Experts in scamming the innocent
Preferred solution: There is NOTHING the company can do to make this right, other than STOPPING their practices!
Nobel One Phone cars is a SCAM
I used the Nobel One calling card last month to make international calls. I followed all the steps in the back of the Nobel One card.
Verizon ended up charging me their regular international rates on my bill for these calls. Verizon said I never used a phone card to make these calls, but I did. Nobel One makes up stories that I "conferenced" the international # I dial in. This is not true, this is a scam!
The international # I dialed doesn't even appear on my phone log, only the local calling # appears on my phone log. Now I'm stuck with the bill from Verizon!

Preferred solution: Full refund
