My first call to Hong Kong since I bought the card the day before was dropped every other minute. It was impossible to have a conversation.
How did they resolve the problem? First telephone call to Customer Service kept me waiting for 20 minutes even though it said wait time is 2 minutes. Then when I chatted with Customer Service online they asked me to make the call again in thirty minutes! No refund is offered.
In this day and age with free internet calling, how on earth could they expect to stay in business? Taking money from customers and offering such terrible service is no way to treat any customer.
